Autum Hyde Robles, LMFT
MS. Counseling Psychology
I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a private practice in Campbell, California, and a teletherapy practice serving the state of California. I work with individuals, teens, parents, and families.
I graduated with a Masters Degree in Clinical Psychology at Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. I received psychodynamic training at the Maple Counseling Center in Beverly Hills, advanced training in the treatment of children and trauma at UC San Diego, and earned a Maternal Mental Health Certificate through Postpartum Support International in coordination with Indiana University. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), SFBT (solution focused brief therapy), and TF-CBT (trauma focused CBT).
My approach
I am genuine, relatable, and believe relationship is an important therapeutic factor. My approach to treatment is thoughtful, accepting, and collaborative. Together, we explore challenges, relationships, thoughts, and feelings; and create goals that align with your unique values.
Treatment can be short or long term, depending on your needs and preferences. Short term will be solution focused and oriented towards problem solving, skill building, and goal setting. At times, you might find longer term therapy to be helpful and possibly necessary. This will involve reflection and exploration of one’s history and relationships to understand how this impacts current functioning.
